We advise clients on variety of estate planning devices available to them and make recommendations based on their unique asset portfolio. We draft powers of attorney and advanced health care directives, and litigate claims based on elder abuse, fraud, deceit, undue influence, and alleged breaches of fiduciary duties by executors, probate administrators and trustees.
Governmental Entity Claims & Defense
We provide counsel for clients faced with alleged violations of County land use ordinances, Williamson Act enforcement and compliance actions, and can provide zealous advocacy on your behalf before local boards and governmental entities, including city and county planning commissions and the County Board of Supervisors.
